Harris's vote is over 10 million short of what Biden got in 2020, though it is some 5 million up on Obama in 2012 and Clinton(H) in 2016.
That is going to take some explaining.

7 out of 7 of the bellweather states flipped from democrat to republican.

The red arrows represent a swing towards Trump, relative to the result in 2020. The larger the arrow the larger the swing.

The blue arrows represent a swing towards Harris, relative to Biden in 2020.

Each of America’s more than 3,000 counties have an arrow.

You don’t need a magnifying glass to see the largest red arrows are in New York, Florida, Texas, and California.
