I'm hesitant, stalling, Captain. Was watching BHP (thought to buy) but aborted my plan. It hasn't moved much today, and given that China is intervening in the steel market about intervening in production curbs, I developed cold feet. Maybe it'll go tomorrow?

At Least they set achievable Targets and then monitor closely , adjust and even roll heads if deemed with-in reason
They don't throw ~17 darts at a calendar and say " That 's Our Dots Plot" for the World's Major Economy
They don't say we will look at the Data Once a month or There A'bouts and make our decisions based on delayed data!

"We will help each Bank on a Case by Case situation"
