That used to be OK, but now it is necessary to post those reasons in the stock thread itself. The reason for this rule is to get more posts in stock threads, and it does work, so please don't forget to abide by that rule when entering the competition. Thanks!

Sorry for not getting back to you about this today. I got distracted and it slipped my mind. I appreciate your honesty in coming forward. However, it looks like the trading halt resulted in an announcement that received an unfavourable reaction from the market with the IVX share price dropping 20% today. So why don't we just leave your entry where it is and just exclude you from any prize money. If you happen to end up in the top three at the end of the month, I can remove you then.

End of Week 1 in the June Monthly Tipping Competition and the visual journey of all entries so far this month are below.

Well another month where someone races away with a clear lead ?, go you good thing!

@access (EXR up 40.43%) sits in 1st place well clear after having a great week, @frugal.rock (THR up 12.5%) sits in 2nd place after a good day yesterday and @TechnoCap (up 11.54%) is 3rd after a good day on Wednesday.
@Cam019, I have deleted your line as it's not in the right place and won't be for the comp for obvious reasons but have left you in the ladder, hope you don't mind & I hope you don't win this comp .

End of the 2nd Week in the June Monthly Tipping Competition and the visual journey of all entries so far this month are below.

There's been a change in the top of the ladder, @frugal.rock (THR up 25%) sits in 1st Place now after a nice rise this week and taking advantage of the pullback of @access (EXR up 23.40%) this week who now sits in 2nd Place after being a clear leader at the end of last week. @Springs (VEN up 14.75%) is in 3rd Place just ahead of a fast finishing @Miner (GMD up 13.43%) for a close 4th Place.

There is some daily volatility with some of the stocks, especially down near the bottom of the ladder. Enjoy the dusting over the weekend @peter2 .
A big shout out to @Joe Blow, thank you mate, that carton of beer I sent you has paid dividends. Even though @Faramir and myself are locked together on the same % I'm sitting above him on the ladder.

@Padowan PEX up 15.25% this week.

@Cam019 @greggles @Muchado I think we're pacing ourselves perfectly so far this month. Things look to be in hand. There's no point charging to the lead in the early weeks as it's hard to hang on.

Many of the other competitors wish they were on selections like ours.

Yes it might be a Steven Bradbury month this one, the last week is a short week (3 trading days), the winner might only make a big move then.
