Given the Palestinians have long been used as cannon fodder against Israel by Israel's enemies it is hard to see how the attack could have been missed.

It's going to be interesting to see how the Governments strong anti Israel and pro Palestine stance affects the recent Aukus deal.
In the past the U.S have been strong supporters of Israel, so it should test Albos metal a bit, jeez there's never a dull moment.
The other issue of course is if Iran backs Israel, that would be spicy.

Iran has the same sect of Islam religion as Palestine and also Hezbollah and has an official policy of holy destruction for Israel and death of its inhabitants. Would be quite the turnaround to start supporting them!

Hi Knobby that article was 2021, I thought I had read that the Labor Party was wanting to refer to the left bank as occupied and there was a strong push to recognise the Palestinian state, I may have misunderstood it, or remembered it incorrectly.
Just checked it may have been this article, which refers to Victorian Labor.

Qld Labor were backing it from memory. There's a faction in Labor that supports them.
The greens were the worst.

How much does it cost the govt and community to have all these public servants stand there, waste their time, and risk injury? They should be all made to apologise to the community, every culture has problems just keep it in your home, no need to go public and take it to the next level with hate speech.
