Well, I was wrong about that!
Theoretically, it shouldn't be an arbitrage situation but I see that the 2 stocks managed to finish trading at a 4c difference.
41m OXR traded v 5m OXRN.

This is turning into Pasminco II and dragging OXR down with it.

No wonder 97% supported the merger.
