The problem is not whether Autosign is legal or not, most legal eagles say the precedent has been set.Autopen / signing delegation has been allowed for some time. This story will go nowhere as the precedent already set years ago. If courts have not specifically ruled it is acceptable for a pardon, then they almost certainly will. Odds of this getting overturned are like Roe v Wa......

The issue is whether Biden even knew about these, much less whether he authorised them.
Given it is obvious he was not in the place where the signing was supposed to have taken place, it raises some interesting legal issues.

The US legal system is weird compared to our own.
Partisan judges are the norm, on both sides.
Judge Chuang was appointed by Barak Obama.
Firstly, the plaintiffs in the case are anonymous, so we cannot determine whether they even have standing in the court.
The Judge who ordered that the defendants reinstate all US aid employees seems to be unaware of or has ignored the fact that the two defendants in the case, Musk and DOGE, have no authority over USAID.
They did not do the firing, it was Marco Rubio who in his role as Secretary of state, is acting administrator of USAID.
Neither Rubio nor Trump were listed as one of the plaintiffs.
So even if Musk and DOGE were inclined to obey the orders of the Judge, they have no authority to do so.
If the judge really wants these people reinstated, he will need to refile with Rubio and perhaps Trump as the defendant.
As a further confusion, the Judge said that the defendants "probably" dismantled USAID illegally.
It has not been dismantlrd, it has been shifted directly into the State Department, still under the stewardship of Rubio.

There was a judgment made and in my understanding a directive was issued the standing of that judgment can only be tested or overturned in a court not by Trump Rubio DOJ but by legal process anything outside of that is dictatorship

So over turning the judgement is no big deal… didn’t happen? Making excuses for acting outside of the law just doesn’t cut it….. same as “Hillary would have been worse “ Trump is laying the groundwork for the next Democrat government to also break all the laws precedent matters just because Trump doesn’t respect it he is setting the bar lower.

Did you miss where Biden ignored federal judges. This will play out in the courts, but there is certain groups funding this. Currently Elon musk is being targeted in what can only described as some kind of terrorist attacks. It makes it very hard for governments or supporters to carry out their duties.
You can't just pass it off as some form of joke when we all know it's authoritarianism at its finest.
Trump used a law passed by Congress and a department that was simply renamed to stay within the law. The left is fighting it to keep illegal violent criminals in country and to keep the fraudulent misuse of taxpayers money going.
