Growing up in the outback of W.A, I was weaned on ABC it was brilliant, now it's a sad reflection of our society, go figure.

To be honest, if there wasn't a Murdoch press, the Coalition Reps would be hunted down on the streets and have mobs camped on their driveways.
There has to be a balance and eventually it is found, the fossil fuel lobby has had the stage for many years and has milked the cow. now the renewable lobby is on the other teat and milking the cow, the middle ground is trying to bring about balance as usual. 😂

During the panic stage, when Pfizer was seen as the saviour.then 6 months later..the truth stated coming out but billions of doses had been purchased...and no easy turn back publicly
I am in the belief the top tier just got saline water...why would they play guinea pigs

The abc was amazing growing up with shows like the late show, front line & voltron
Fast forward some decades now it’s just an example of inner Melbourne and other clown world societies

I tend to think the left leaning people generally are people who like to help and get involved in other peoples lives, like to feel wanted.
So a sector of the media has played to that by making everything a social agenda and everyone who speaks against it are devil worshipers, very much like how religion and cults work.
It allows people to be lazy in their thinking, they forward the responsibility of fact checking to their media preferences, who they blindly believe without question because they believe they are always fighting the 'good fight'.
Whether they are or not, doesn't come into it. :roflmao:
It wasn't long ago, they loved Allan Joyce and hated Donald Trump, then they hated both of them, such a fickle group choking on self righteousness while being so moody. 🤪

Next time you are in hospital tell the doctors and nursing staff that or perhaps social workers dealing with meth heads etc.

Explain it to all the volunteers that prop up our communities or perhaps you could forgo all the benefits previous left leaning governments have heaped on you that I am sure you refused on principle.

I could go on and on about left leaning people / social conscience actually doing selfless good within our communities who have no time to sit around making snide remarks.

Meanwhile the foreign owned News Corp continues to pump out toxic divisive propaganda quoted in these forums endlessly and not a word.

Well, I don't necessarily think that you need to be "Left leaning" to have a social conscience, in fact I think a lot of people on the front line don't have any political opinions, they just want to help people.

Although I think that they have more chance of getting funding from Left leaning governments than Right leaning ones.

That's exactly correct, my wife is an ex RN and has no political leanings whatsoever, further to that her mother was an RN and you wouldn't get more of a right wing loony than her, it is just another case of someone making me out to be a "devil Worshiper", my case rests your honour. 😂

Like how the alp sold all our assets and allowed for foreign corruption, and unions causalising the private work sectors and still claiming to be the one standing up for the worker.

Stopped when my doctor said I likely didn't need one got to 4 or 5 I think never had COVID.

Know people with comorbidities still getting them just got to weigh the risks for each individual and listen to your doctor mine has saved my life a couple of times.

I think the improvement of antivirals has changed the game.

Locally there are a couple of guys (they are out there) won't talk to me because I have had vaccines such is the lunacy around the whole subject. I don't push the fact and don't care either way makes no difference to me or them its little boy stuff.
