The Conspiracy Theory thread

Note:
Macron's case is anecdotal but Macron is a WEF young leader only pushed by let's call it deep state?
WEF training then private banker then pushed into government and politics: at a time socialist then own party and liberal all that in roughly a decade showing you how much manipulation is at work by the real powers..
Or maybe a really good self made man? Lol
I think this is the underlying issue. There's the obvious problem. Then there's a conspiracy overlaid on top that's pushed. Protected by a layer of accusations (eg: your racist).

So the actual problem is slap bang in front of everyone's face. A conspiracy gets pushed and then the whole thing gets laughed off by government supporters while calling them: cookers, nazi, racist, etc.

They then continue on till it becomes that obvious something needs to change that they risk getting strung up.

There has been concern amongst responsible Republicians that Donald Trump has been listening far too much to Laura Loomer and should be protected from her crazy ideas.
Really ? This story dissects this latest piece of MAGA madness. The good bits are the compilation of all the major BS conspiracy ideasw tried has spewed forth in recent days.

Laura Loomer Is the Symptom, Not the Disease

If you’re worried about Trump being surrounded by conspiracy theorists right now . . . it’s a little late!

OVER THE PAST WEEK, a small number of elected Republicans (along with a few venerable conservative voices) have aired concerns about Donald Trump allowing right-wing provocateur Laura Loomer to accompany him on the campaign trail.

It’s not so much that Loomer says offensive things, they argue. It’s that they fear the influence that her conspiracy-addled mind might have on the former president.

“All of this would be ignorable,” the Wall Street Journal editorial board wrote of Loomer amplifying a suggestion that 9/11 was an inside job and her racist tweet about Kamala Harris making the White House smell of curry, “except that others close to Mr. Trump say he is listening to Ms. Loomer’s advice.”

One can understand the fear. But if the presence of Laura Loomer by Trump’s side is what makes you worry that Trump will get dragged into the dark depths of conspiracy land, well, you’re way too late.

The former president has been a prolific conspiracy theorist for decades. Let’s take a tour through what Trump was thinking even before Loomer joined his entourage:

Constant rumours of a dirty bomb in the US. Apparently there are drones trying to sniff it out that are freaking out the locals. Someone was trying to link a medication for radiation poisoning that the government just purchased that has a short shelf life (the purchase was made, not sure what its used for). All rumours.

Is Russia about to get stitched up or Iran. It makes sense in that it's the only way to make people go to war.

No truth in the above it's just multiple rumours.

Something is going on with all the unusual drone activity though. I wouldn't be surprised to see something go down between now and Jan 6 or 20.

The "dark state/swamp/vested interests" do not have much time until Trump takes control and start shaking the tree...
Russians can be blamed..
Maybe wait for the first days of Trump , while in power but not yet in control?

I don't give the above much credence. But some high profile people (airheads) seem to be getting 2nd hand information that is of similar lines.

There's so many conspiracy theories around at the moment it's ridiculous. People will lie and make stuff up over anything.

Just another construct to keep everyone not thinking about the incompetence of the government(s)
This is often my question,: is it just sheer stupidity and incompetence?
It looks nearly impossible to be so bad and dump without a purpose.
Not only here in Australia, but in the US and France the same..

IMO the political and media landscape has been taken over by the mob, they have worked out most civilised societies are generally polite and apologetic, so the left use that to shut down the opposition, by using rudeness and personal attacks.

It's obvious who the actual name callers are and they usually climb the ladder by stepping on other more polite people's heads.

It has been a clever process, but it is unravelling, because polite people can only be pushed so far, then they say"Flck this for a game of soldiers" and start to push back.

Making everyone poor, except for the Elites, is starting to wear thin in Western Countries and people are waking up to who are behind it IMO. ;)

As for immigration and Germany, look at the news today..
It was an isolated terrorist act😂
Just millions all over Europe...

Yes there is a terrible backlash happening, due to the constant decline of the middle class, who are supporting the whole collapsing Western structure.
The immigration and the surge in property prices across the Western Countries has made the divide between the haves and have nots accelerate, meanwhile the middle class are being taxed more to pay for the welfare, which further increases their burden.

It is just a really big mess IMO, no doubt it is going to get worse, as the U.S press start and ravage anything Trump does.

On the same theme, even the left leaning press has noticed the change in public sentiment.

Suddenly, one day, “woke” was over. From November 6 to 7 this year, in the aftermath of the US presidential election, the pretence disappeared. Of course there are hold-outs – some people can’t admit to themselves that they were wrong. But even in the fashion-chasing Hollywood Hills, my sources report hearing the words “woke bull****”. The atmosphere has changed, and most people just seem relieved.

I’m not personally a fan of the word “woke”, but I admit it’s evocative. It was originally coined by the Black community in the US to refer to awareness of social and political issues. Lately, it has become a catch-all for a performatively virtuous type of politics, more often used as a slur.
Donald Trump’s second term as US president wasn’t the reason woke finally died. It has been crumbling slowly for years, collapsing under the weight of its own humourless hypocrisies. There has been, as British historian Niall Ferguson wrote recently, a “vibe shift”. Trump is merely a punctuation mark in history.
For a while, I have noticed in my day-to-day life that people are turning away from woke. For as long as I’ve been writing in these pages, I’ve deployed a gag when my perceived philosophical misalignment with the general political leaning of the masthead is raised. I identify myself as the diversity hire. It usually goes down well, makes people laugh and builds a rapport. Those readers don’t resile from being left-leaning, and tend to be curious and open-minded types, open to argument. We laugh and then chat amicably about matters on which we diverge.

In the past year or so, though, something has changed. Before I can deliver my gag, people sidle up to say that they increasingly find themselves in agreement with what I’ve written. I haven’t softened and they haven’t hardened. But the world has moved around us.

How can you not believe in a conspiracy
About the latest, not first not last Christmas market islamist attack
Are readers and tv watcher that dumb
"Hans Goldenbaum, who works for a local German organisation for preventing violence and radicalisation, told Reuters the suspect had been known for his "anti-Islamic" rhetoric online.

Multiple news organisations, including Der Spiegel magazine, reported the suspect had sympathies with the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.

German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser said the suspect was Islamophobic, but she declined to comment on the motive."

Yeah this isn't adding up.

It's just like the BS that came out intially about the cretin that stabbed the little girls in England.

The truth came out later.

Currently the left is trying to lie about what they said about covid and covid vaccinations despite the internet being full of videos. It's absolute gaslighting at this stage
