well unless there is an announcement earlier lifting the TH the price will not rise or fall , unlike many others

at the open being in a TH looks like a negative , many rivals may rise , but the CLOSE is what counts , and much can happen in a trading day

next month that is a different issue somebody may be inconvenienced by the TH

At the moment @Garpal Gumnut PEN is about 56% so he looks pretty safe for a win, at the moment.

Well, we all know @noirua BUX is stuck on 40% today and that won't change.

The other one in the mix that is close to BUX for 2nd or 3rd Place is @bux2000 BOE which is hovering around that 40% also. Bouncing a fraction over and under that level as I text. Going to be close for 2nd & 3rd.
 
End of the September Monthly Tipping Competition. Not a good month for the market with the XSO down -4.70% while the ASF Team Average did a lot better only being down -1.21% for the month.

1st Place: @Garpal Gumnut PEN 59.34% had a great week up 31.82% to be on top of the podium at the end of the month . Congratulations GG, that takes you up to 3 monthly Comp wins .
Thank god @peter2 got in early and pinched CVN off him, I guess he must be due for a $ or two .

2nd Place: @noirua BUX 40% was in a Trading Halt today and just had to watch BOE jump above and below him all day but in the end grabbed 2nd Place. Well deserved after a strong month .

3rd Place: @bux2000 BOE 39.77% also had a good month and was unlucky to only get 3rd Place, he had 2nd until the last minute of the day .

@sptrawler PDN 30.18% came in 4th Place, another good effort . I'll leave it there as @Joe Blow will be along shortly to make it all official.

Thanks everyone for another entertaining month. Good luck for next month and don't forget to enjoy your weekend Folks .

 
Congratulations to the Winner and there can only be one.

It must be very gratifying when the endless hours of selfless devotion to research and development, systems testing etc. comes to fruition with the winning of this competition.

Sorry ladies and gentlemen, I'm a little busy tonight and unfortunately will have to wait until tomorrow to post the official September competition results. I apologise for the delay and hope you all have an enjoyable Friday evening.

Oh did you have to mention that / remind me !? Lol oh that time ages ago in a shopping centre walking along & stepped on a fresh green 100 note! - but didn't think of bending down to pick it up so as not to look desperate lol haha only for a beautiful woman walking my way to do so lol (gave me a cheeky smile in the process as if to say too bad it's mine now finder's keeper's).

Still waiting for that second chance of seeing another green note on the floor somewhere/anywhere lol haha but guess karma was good to me since as misplaced/lost my wallet, phone & car keys etc. numerous times and have always had them returned back to me (last count 7 times at least lol).

Congratulations to the three worthy winners of this month's comp, though i would have liked to be one of them.

As much as I have tried, I could not source a trumpet or bugle player to annouce the winner of the lowest rung on the ladder.

Congratulations to Garpal Gumnut, noirua, and bux2000 for taking out the top three spots in the September 2023 stock tipping competition!

Garpal Gumnut finished in first place with an outstanding 59.34% return with PEN. In second place was noirua who achieved an impressive 40% with BUX. Rounding out the top three for September was bux2000 who selected BOE, which returned an also very impressive 39.77%.
