Yes interesting indeed, especially in the $10K hypothetical compounding table. If not much changes @Dona Ferentes might lose his (well clear) top position to maybe @Knobby22 . Time will tell.

End of (full) Week 3 of September Comp ...... XSO is down -4.18% this month and the ASF Team Average is only down -1.01%.

@noirua BUX 36.67% still sits in 1st Place after dropping back a little . Only 5 more trading days left to survive.

@bux2000 BOE 29.68% sits in 2nd Place and is well placed to add to some more percentage points to BOE next week .

@Garpal Gumnut PEN 20.88% has grabbed 3rd Place for the weekend .
He is trying to make this month count as he's back on CVN next month and I have noticed @peter2 has been giving it a thrashing this week and I expect he'll do the same next week. Will there be anything left for next month.

@greggles RDN 20.00%, @debtfree ALA 19.35% and @sptrawler PDN 16.57% are just behind 3rd Place ready to pounce next week.

Thanks @debtfree for your tireless work on the competition,the clear charts and faultless commentary.

Yes I am trying to do the impossible riding PEN to a win this month, and then prising CVN from @peter2 's hands for October. Each person's choice of stock is interesting, the sectors presented overall and of course the progress at different stages of the month and competition favourites. The usual suspects among ASF members sit, trusting the principle of compounding over 5 days to drag their dogs and darlings over the finish line first.

I looked for a pic of a man riding 2 horses, the Sikh cousins seem to make it a sport. The best among them is presented. I suppose it is like riding a bicycle, I'll in future stick to cycling, I may end up in glory in ASF Competition history or as a duster. The latter seems more likely.
