Well, there is certainly one positive out of this dec Comp Top and bottom two look to be a shoe in.
I'm holding back for cunning last-minute finish to snap up 3rd spot!!!!!

I am currently sitting sixth and with an ounce of luck and a 1cent increase at the days close I am even make third.
Now that's wishful thinking.

well no third for me , my selection dropped nearly 3% (today ) i mostly likely finished in the red ( but not the cellar )

but if you grabbed third , good for you

BTW place-getters ( second and third ) don't feel too bad about being 'lapped ' twice ( beaten by 200% )

it happened to me several times on a forum comp. elsewhere ( even when i ran second )

After looking at the winner of the December Comp there was no competition this month.
Far more interest in the bottom of the ladder with those 3 miserable finishes in the minus 20's.

ONLY down 20 ( to 30 ) looked to be an achievement by itself , some members have had BIG downs in recent months

Congratulations to @greggles, @Knobby22, and @farmerge for taking out the top three spots in the December 2024 stock tipping competition!

greggles finished in first place with a thrilling 217.07% return with MTM. In second place was Knobby22 who achieved a handy 16.12% return with DEG. Rounding out the top three for December was farmerge who selected STX, which returned a nice 2.44%. This may be the biggest gap between first and second place ever with over 200% separating first and second.

don't be so sure , you have done it once , MAYBE you will do it again , and with a VERY nice margin
