Apparently we are supposed to find joy in the little things in life.

I usually find little things like midges, sand flies, fleas , mosquitoes etc are quite hard to enjoy, unless they are concerned with someone else.

So you are saying you had to carry on past the small local bunnings to the BIG BUNNINGS but there was now multiple choice for that replacement piece you cut short.
