Etrade problems

Is anyone else having a problem finding any stock on e-trade this morning? I can't even find RIO??? Portfoilo is working though I can't get any market depth.
 
mate ive been in contact so many time with etrade managers about this they assured me the problems were going to be fixed last week, they are still happening althought not as frequent.

I would suggest that everyone having problems just call them or even better send an email saying how poor the service is. Especially for people do many trades.

I had a mate who went to put a buy order in for EDE at 36 c a while back Etrade was rooted and it didn't go through subsequently it s at 78C now...
 
is anyone having problems with etrade?
I can`t seem to log on and when I do I can`t refresh because it says I`m not logged on.
 
i think we so get some money off these guys!!

I'm not having any trouble with that bit. What I am having trouble with is that for some reason, ETrade says my portfolio's down 1.5% today : Bastards, how dare they hahah.

My experience with them so far has been very good (touch wood)

There was a messy changeover period between their two sites, and I've once or twice been unable to access certain stocks for a few minutes. A friend of mine also got some random guy's portfolio added to his until he hit refresh. Aside from that ... I've had almost no trouble with the page. The instant funds transfer from my ANZ savings account is great as well, for those times when I need the cash to buy immediately.

I hope I didn't just sound like too much of an e*trade fanboi, but the thread was making the whole site sound quite nasty.

my portfolio doesn`t show the change in price,
imagine if this time they were right that it`s my computer playing up and not their problem,lol
 
Is anybody else having problems with eTrade's "Smart Alert" messages not being delivered?
