Etrade problems

I just spoke to a manager there and said this problem needs to be fixed soon or people are going to start leaving.

He said the problem is with the portfolio page slowing down all servers, they have just installed another server and are currently testing. He said it should be ready by end of week then there should be no probs.

Ill wait n see:mad:

I am getting live data through but I am going through quotetracker to get it.
Good thing I don't want to sell anything right now.
Market looks fine well whats on my screen that is.

Thanks guys forgot all about the old site.
It seems a bit slow to access too.
Well at least its accessible.

I'm going to apply for another account with Comsec, had enuf with etrade. They seem to take ur money quickly, when u have a linked ANZ account, u can transfer from ANZ to etrade within seconds. But to draw the same money out u have to wait for 24hr...

I'm even having troubles with WebIRESS today. Orders won't go through!

Everyone must have gone back to the old site, now getting errors -

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
/Products/BMCmedia/StockWidget.asp, line 29

crash!

Kennas - get those orders back in mate, the market's taking a dive without them

Hahah new site's back up, old one went down!! This is stupid! I want a month's worth of free brokerage!

Working OK now for me but I couldn't even get the log in page to display two hours ago.

just wait untill one of your stocks goes down and you can't get online. If you send them an invoice for lose incurred to you because of their service they have to reply legally
