Thanks for that, Kiwikarlos. This is what makes me even more irritated: that when I phoned I was blandly told there was no problem - it must be at my end. It's pretty rare for me to hang up on anyone. If they concede there is a difficulty and give an estimated "fix it" time, then I can live with that, but just don't tell me the problem is mine.I just spoke to a manager there and said this problem needs to be fixed soon or people are going to start leaving.
He said the problem is with the portfolio page slowing down all servers, they have just installed another server and are currently testing. He said it should be ready by end of week then there should be no probs.
Ill wait n see
