Its so difficult to comprehend this Strike have no export contracts that I am aware of all gas is for domestic use , so I cannot understand why the drop has occurred when there is no overseas exposure to attract any tariffs. Taking advantage to buy more.

Market is going to Market

yes @countrylad indeed so, and all STX gas resources are contracted out to energy providers, certainly something amiss... See what today brings then bloke...

Walyering gas is being delivered into two firm gas supply agreements:
1) with Santos WA Energy Limited to supply a total of 36.5 PJ of gas on a firm basis for a period of 5 years. The contract covers firm take or pay volumes as well as ‘as available’ gas supply, which provides flexibility to the joint venture as the field ramps up towards maximum production. The agreement is US-dollar denominated and escalated at US consumer price inflation.
2) with Alinta Energy WA Pty Ltd to supply a total of 3.4 PJ of gas on a firm basis for a period of ~2 years.

Reading comments elsewhere people whinging directors not buying and now they are whinging that if he is buying there are no deals being done even though he sought permission to buy,

Some people never happy

@rcw1 travelling well though another trip to SJOG Subi has to be undertaken on the 28 for shock treatment to get the heart to play the game. At present has its own bat and ball doing its own thing, though the pacemaker is helping to keep it under control.
@rcw1 bit of a bumma but when the other half of the heart is fired up then all should be good. At present running only on half a cylinder.

I am unavailable unfortunately but questions I would like asked and answered

1. When is the new CEO to be appointed?
2. Strategic review, into what you are half way through what have you found thus far?

and then we can get onto the asset

3. What are the exploration and drilling schedule?
4.Why is gas not flowing from the PGP to the DBP via the reverse bypass option?

Very basic and should be able to be answered without to much trouble at all.

Vgood @countrylad

moreover ...

rcw1 qu1) why is the SP not consistent with true value and how does the BoD intend to manage this situation better;

rcw1 q2) How's the Strategic Review going and when will the findings be published?;

rcw1 q3) As per STX previous advice I quote, "Strike has begun preparation and procurement for the workover of West Erregulla-4 and 5, with the primary objective of deepening the gas-water contact used by NSAI to determine 2P Reserves and preparing the wells as future producers."

Kindly provide a status report.

rcw1 q4) (i) What is the current status on engagement the West Erregulla gas field JV partner, Warrego Energy, under new Hancock Prospecting management and (ii) what is the BoD intentions to pursue this JV within a strict time line; (iii) negotiations to be resolved no later than what timeframe?

Good evening
STX is another stock rcw1 has entered into the ASF yearly competition, a further update, the 12th for the month, FYI @mullokintyre ...

1/4erly published today (28/04/25), see attched. Not sure about the quality of it, need to dwell abit and sleep on it overnight. SP didn't really embrace it, although SP gain of 6.45% in real terms $0.01 was realised upon close - $0.165.

E.G.
Strike along with Hancock Energy, as the L25/EP469 Joint Venture, are committed to developing West Erregulla to meet expected market demand. In line with this, and as part of the Strategic Review, Strike is assessing a range of midstream development pathways to optimise its share of the West Erregulla and Erregulla Deep resources.

What does this actually mean? Maybe Strike looking to 'go it alone' regardless of Gina's intentions. Dunno.
Food for thought.

The other bottler:
... strategic review will concentrate on the optimum pathways to unlock the full potential of our asset base, with particular focus on the optionality provided by the advantageous location of our assets within the primary electricity grid of Western Australia.

Just words ... a stalling for time phrase.
ahhhhhh ... the tell tale risks involved.
Kind regards
rcw1
