Doesn't look like capitulation to me. Just steady controlled (but heavy) selling.I can not help but think there are some long term bargains looming for those with cash. I traded banks yesterday, but I'm almost tempted to buy and hold today. Looks like capitulation across the board to me. Hmmmmm
