IMO The same people that are running it now are the people who have been running Joe Biden for the past two years.

Biden has been the front man but all the decisions and speeches have been made by the "backroom"

He manages. He knows how the place runs. He got special Chinese dissidents to help him screw over China.
He isn't Rudd unable to delegate.

History will show he has been a very good President.

If you are CEO of a major company and you can't delegate you will be awful.
I mentioned Kevin Rudd deliberately.
Look at what Biden has achieved especially in relation to China and USA infrastructure.

He has been a lot more successful in many ways than recent previous Presidents and I definitely include Obama in that. He knows how Washington works. History will treat him kindly.

So he is pardoned for all crimes, not just those he has been investigated or charged with, but anything in the ten year period mentioned.
So it means the republicans cannot go after him to trace the money flow from the Burisma money laundering scam.
