Pretty clear. Keep fighting Russians and dying on the battlefields. We will fund it.It must be getting bad, when your ABC reports it, I wonder if he will be put forward for another term at the head.
NATO summit day one: Zelenskyy unloads as Biden blunders on wording

Clearly, the NATO powerbrokers had been coming up with a form of words along the lines that NATO very much looked forward to Ukraine joining, but this needed to occur at "the appropriate time". Which meant when the war with Russia was over.
It seems that it was a comment by US President Joe Biden that angered the in-transit Mr Zelenskyy. In a goodwill photo opportunity with NATO's Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, Mr Biden blundered — he unwittingly, and briefly, told the truth about the requested membership of Ukraine instead of using a diplomatic phrase.
Referring to the draft wording of a communique, Mr Biden said, "We agree on the language that we've proposed," he said, before realising that he shouldn't be making things so obvious.
"That you proposed," he quickly added as he looked at Mr Stoltenberg, "relative to the future of Ukraine."
