hello i am looking to apply for internships/work in major firms over the next year and was wanting to create a log to detail the accounts of my trades to show potential employers that i would be worth employing

any ideas who to go about this???

Just show them your brokers statement.

$50k to a Million in a couple of years will get them everytime.

Problem is then you'll have to answer the difficult question of why you want a job!

so the comsec buy and sell statements i recieved through the mail?

Get them in electronic form. And don't mention them if you cannot provide them quickly and show sound reasoning why/how you traded during the statements period.

Even better put the results in a single spreadsheet with the metrics easily read on top. If they want any more details they can check the statements.

If you are looking at the major banks such as JP, Citi etc etc you will need to do it under a business or company.

I have been told they are not allowed to use personal trading records.

Obviously though if you can demonstrate in the interview that you know your stuff (without needing to show your records) then they will hire you.

The hardest part (imo) would be getting the actual interview...
