I knew it as soon as I wrote it. RED has gone lower, much lower. Here's the evidence of my folly.

I would just like to state that after the September ASF Comp went live brokers' recommendations have changed on my pick, CVN, from Sell to Buy.

I am not blowing a trumpet, although feel pleased to be in second place.

I reckon @Joe Blow should get paid by the muppets in the large brokerages for the advice they receive gratis from ASF Competition tipsters.

It does go to show what a racket "recommendations" are.

End of Week 2 in the September Monthly Tipping Competition.
This week the ASF team's average is up 8.63% which absolutely smashed the XSO up 2.58%, well done everyone!
Plenty of Weekly yellow highlighted boxes (over10%) in the table, a lot more than the daily boxes which shows lots of good consistent daily gains throughout the week .

We have a new leader today, only just but good solid gains for 4 of the 5 days has pushed @qldfrog PLS 23.29% into 1st Place. @qldfrog looks very serious about getting his first win in the Monthly Comp, nice pick .
@TLS CKA 23.08% had a good day on Thursday which kept the hopes alive of a top spot in the Comp, @TLS is in 2nd Place but only a smidgen behind the leader .
@brerwallabi LNR 21.74% had a roller coaster of a ride this week, sitting now in 3rd Place but right behind the top 2 ready to pounce again .
In 4th Place is @Sdajii AGY 14.46% who had a great week up 31.94%, a good comeback . @Sdajii was the only entry this week to make % gains every day .
Lots of volatility in so many of the Tips, well done Folks .

Very happy to see you doing well, my friend.

Also happy to be having a shot at nipping at your toes. I'm climbing the ladder but you're staying ahead of me. Here's hoping we both continue to do well this month. Happy to come second if you're first, haha! I seem to be very good at picking strong performers in the competition but rarely come first. Sometimes I've gone for complete wildcards I wouldn't actually put money on, but they've always gone badly. I am invested in my current choice (AGY) with a fairly decent holding, which made the week rather pleasant.

Well done also to TLS and brerwallabi, of course, as well as PetEarwig for having the best username on the forum. I've always wanted to maintain a colony of earwigs but have still not got around to it.
