Hi All,
I am based in London currently but Australian. I have a Nabtrade account and i've being using that over the last couple of years. I normally check it a couple of times a week and top up my holdings and see how its all doing.
I logged on as per usual as its the start of the week here to see how it has done overnight. all my holdings are in red and my account balance is down to a small cash amount i have. I don't know if there is a glitch and I can't see my holdings but it just shows me the quantity i had, market price says zero, market value is zero and daily change is all zero. in the gain/loss column, it has my investment in each stock in red. I am very confused as I have received no notification from nabtrade and i can't see any issue with nabtrade overall. It just looks like suddently all my stock got deleted somehow.
Does anyone know what might have happened. I can't contact them due to time difference but its really concerning me as its literally all my life savings for the most part in those stocks.
