To acquire Perth-based high voltage services business, High Energy Service, subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent usual in transactions of this nature.

HES provides specialist high voltage electrical maintenance and testing, projects and commissioning, and engineering to major resources companies throughout Western Australia, particularly within the iron ore sector. The business employs around 100 personnel, and generates more than $30 million of
revenue per annum.

The acquisition of HES supports Monadelphous’ strategic efforts to expand its capabilities and support the development and ongoing maintenance of the essential electricity generation, storage and infrastructure needed for Australia’s energy transition.

Monadelphous will make a payment of $21.5 million to acquire HES, followed by a purchase price adjustment in accordance with the final net working capital position at completion. The Company expects the transaction to be completed by July 2025.

MONADELPHOUS CONTRACTS UPDATE Engineering company Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX: MND) (“Monadelphous” or “the Company”)today announced the award of new construction and maintenance contracts in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors valued at approximately $180 million.
The Company has been awarded a 5-year master agreement for marine structural integrity works at Rio Tinto’s Cape Lambert Hub in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Monadelphous has secured its first 2-year call-off under the agreement for the provision of online and offline structural integrity works scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027.
Also in iron ore, Monadelphous has secured a contract for the upgrade of the Rolling Stock Maintenance(RSM) Workshop at Fortescue’s Thomas Marshalling Yard in Port Hedland, Western Australia, with work expected to be completed in 2026.
In the energy sector, the Company has been awarded a contract for the provision of multidisciplinary services associated with the hook up and commissioning of Woodside Energy’s Floating Production Unit in the Scarborough Gas Field, located approximately 375 kilometres off the Pilbara coast of Western Australia and which forms part of Woodside's Scarborough Energy Project.
The offshore execution phase of the contract includes the installation of pipe spools, structural items, scaffolding,rope access, and instrument and electrical equipment installation and testing.
Office planning and preparation work commences immediately.
Melchor, Monadelphous’ civil business, has secured a multidisciplinary construction contract with Mid-West Ports as part of the Geraldton Port Maximisation Project, Western Australia, with work expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
