Good Global market data

I am in desperate need of a good web based platform that has timely market data from the world main indexes and also some commodity and fx prices, futures etc....

Do any of you know of a good site which is a one stop shop for this???

Maybe there is a way to set up a screen using a free platform??

I use Irress which is great for local equity but poor on global market info..
