Good morning everyone and welcome to the February 2023 stock tipping competition!

This month there was one entrant who forgot to post in the thread of their stock tip in accordance with the competition rules: @arco. If @arco posts in the thread of their competition entry within the next 48 hours they will be added to the February competition.

Could all qualifying entrants please check their entry and entry price and report any errors to me in this thread.

You'll be relieved then to learn (if you didn't know already) that LDR was in a trading halt at the end of month and ineligible for selection this month.

I suspect that you've been keeping an eye on LDR (several posts in the LDR thread) and that some gnashing of teeth is warranted.

I am shocked to find myself so close to you @frugal.rock and @debtfree in that other end of the Competition table where the usual suspects are found covered in red. ( It sounds as if I'm living in a Tom Waits song )

And it wasn't even a dart pick.

And @Sean K is not far above me.

What has stock picking come to !

Well BRN finally might be on an upward spiral. Tidy gains today should lift me into the green zone.
When I looked last night I wasn't green but just had a gecko now and blow me down 6th

Everyone's names and colours have been added to the chart and we're off to another wild month by the looks of things.

End of Week 1 in the February Monthly Competition.
Over the last 3 days XSO went up only 0.07% while the ASF Team Average went up 3.52% thanks to some outstanding moves from the members at the top of the ladder.

@Dona Ferentes BNR 25% had a huge day today up 25% to snatch 1st Place from @Captain_Chaza NNL 20.97% who has had a couple of good days this week and sits in in 2nd Place, just ahead of @qldfrog ARR 18.37% in 3rd Place thanks to 2 good days on Wed/Thur. Great start to the month .

@brerwallabi CR9 13.33% and @peter2 CNB 11.27% have had good days as well and keeping the Top 3 on their toes. It's only early days and we've seen it before and we have time on our side to catch them .

@greggles OZM line in the chart didn't reset to zero like all the others due to no sales since Monday so it cut across the chart once it had a sale yesterday. See enlarged chart below, so it's showing 4% less than what it is. Sorry @greggles.
