Fell asleep in front of TV sometime during lunch, woke up and it was all over.
The bit i saw had not filled me with excitement.
Maybe the poms used up all their luck after lunch.
Bazball reminds of third grade cricket where first grade players players who can only bat on the first Saturday, are picked in the thirds.
Come out throwing the bat at anything and everything till their luck runs out.

If OZ get out of this test with anything but a loss, it will be a miracle.
it was nothing but absolute tripe they served up that first hour.
I went to bed i n disgust.
Was surprised that England did not score 600 in the day.

Our boys should go down swinging.

No point blocking it out for 2 days.

Take it up to the bowlers and they mught go down but at least have a bit of fun.

EDIT: 75 runs on the board and no wickets lost. Lunch. Pitch looks okay to rcw1. Everybody ranting about Wood, Wood this Wood that; puck wood smash him...

Warners chance for redemption, he'll need more than mental toughness to get Australia outta this mess... anything possible even a record 4th innings run chase... the more rcw1 tells himself that the more rcw1 believes it ha ha ha ha
Just having trouble keeping rcw1 beadie eyes open... might hafta hit the sack... nightie night then.

Poms bowled about as well as OZ bowlers did.

Well, we managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Maybe appropriate I suppose, it gives the locals something to cheer about, even though we retain the Ashes.

Roll on the next Ashes in Oz.

Another 5-0 ?
 
While the men depart from England, the womens team is still playing on against Ireland.
The first ODI was washed out, the Oz girls won the becond by 153 runs, and won the third by ten wickets with 14 overs to spare.
Still going ok.

Oz men playing exceptionally poor cricket over the last month.
Thrashed again by Sth Africa after a n ordinary showing against them in South Africa.
Bowling poor, batting poor, and fielding pathetic.
Likely OZ will follow the mens Rugby team and not get past the first round of WC matches.
Two heavy defeats in two games, will struggle to beat Netherlands.

I think we will get through to the semi finals but most likely won't win the tournament.

Our batting isn't in good enough form while countries like India, England and seth efrika are right on form.
