Thats "Australia".A couple of quick wickets earl y on day 2 and Austria will be right on top. Getting Bairstow and Stokes will shut the Pommies up.
Don’t worry Horace, I think quick wickets will help Austria as well.Thats "Australia".
Gave up and went to bed before play resumed.Good morning
The Aussies will arrive at Headingley for day four of the third Test needing 10 wickets to end a 22-year away Ashes series drought in England. The Pommies have reached 0-27 at stumps on day three in pursuit of 251.
Travis Head's 77 runs certainly helped Australia to a lead of 250 runs. No play was possible until after tea because of rain.
Intermittent rain is forecast also today, but with two days of play remaining an outcome is likely.
Go Australia....
Kind regards
