Yes some of these politicians and staffers should try taking a gap year and try a real fckn job, like 12 hr shifts in a 24/7 365 day industry, or laying bricks, instead of working out more creative ways to get more taxpayer money to spend.Definitely. When you think of people like James Ashby, Peter Slipper, Bronwyn Bishop Christain Porter, Alan Tudge etc plus most of the Parliament who benefit from their own negative gearing laws, it's easy to see that they come first and the public second. About 6 months in the ivory tower with the chauffered cars and airforce jets and free accommodation and they lose all touch with reality.
Jeez Australia has lost the plot IMO.
