A lot of these are due to better diagnosis e.g. Lupus.
Some of these are pretty suss. Diabetes in Australia has doubled. I suppose you would expect the USA to be worse.

Fortunately that area is the full width of the country away, though we have a particularly nasty bug/visus jumping around here that I can attest to.
