I really believe there should be a prize for the picker landing dead centre in the middle. I've been doing it the last two months as I'm a gentleman and do not like to foster petty enmities out of desperation from being second last nor anxiety from being first too early in the month.

@Garpal Gumnut gg I thought that after consultation with the hierarchy that an "elephant stamp" was the order of the day for the middle pick at the end of the month.

With a sad heart I think that after the last couple of days that my pick in the Competition is past the lurking stage for the top end and is now heading for that coveted last position
