Just wondering why if you log into Commsec now it will show the ASX 200 as being up 40 points?
Ive noticed it seems to be a good omen prior to trading but whats it about??

I just logged in to check mine and it shows XJO S&P/ASX 200 [XJO] 4,880.900 -33.500 -0.7%. That is what it closed at on Friday.

Hang on, I see what you mean, it comes up on the general first screen when logging in. Click on the Market Prices tab then the Market Indices tab and it will show the real figure. The other one must be a stuff up.

Yeah i was talking about the general screen.

So no ideas?? Is it calculation all the orders that have been put in but not precessed as the market is closed????
