US exchange rate going up or down?

I need to buy some crap from the US and was wondering whether people are expecting the exchange rate to improve or worsen? I have no idea, currently sitting at 0.72

I am kicking myself that I didn't take better advantage of the 1:1 last year for that brief period of time!!
