Don't know for sure, but I think Aussie tradies knock off over 38C.Texas has taken away workers rights in the building trades when working in 40 degree days to get a 5 minute break every 4 hours to apply sunscreen and have a drink of water.
Made me laugh cynically when a builder said that they won't treat their (mostly latino) workers like mules and will still give them the break.
I thought that if they were mules they would probably get a chance to drink more often!

I quite happily work in 42° and 15% humidity.No but they do have to manage the risk covered under the regs
