Against my better judgement, I started to watch the video, and at around the 2.08 mark, she says that a" little over 60,000 (fed employees) out of a total of 100,000 is 6% ".
Thats when I stopped.
Its one thing to make a basic maths mistake like that , but is another thing to not correct it in the editing phase.
Plus she badly needs a voice coach.
The number of ums and ahs got on my goat.

I took it as 6% of a million.
We know that you don't like her, but if you can't give us the courtesy of listening to the whole report before commenting why bother giving us your unsolicited remarks on 3 minutes of 45-minute report?
You're wasting your time and ours.
If you listen carefully, Cathie mentions that the Trump government want about 10% of federal employees to take the redundancy package, she also mentions 200,000 and 1 million.
Currently at 6% instead of the 10% required.

I would like to add, that we all make mistakes, and no one is perfect. A little understanding and forgiveness goes a long way to making a civil discussion, as well as society.

The first part of your sentence is not complete, or you are making a point that i do not understand. A first reaction should not be to give up on the rest.
