Reconstruction - Evans and Tate

What does it mean when the transaction type is reconstruction?

I got a statement from computershare saying that the transaction type ETW is reconstruction.I had money in them but they collapsed earlier this year, went into liquidation. What does reconstruction mean? i read somewhere that this emans they are being relisted on the ASX, is this correct?

I'm in the same boat, I guess they have paid out all the debts & layers & thers a few penny's left.
