Real-time charting/indicators/information?

Hi everyone,
I trade with Commsec and use their IRESS platform but find I need more real-time indicators whether to buy and sell during the day.
Can anyone advise me where I might get more charting/ indicators/ information, in real time using live data for my indicators whether to buy and sell during the day?
Do I need a charting/ indicators product as well as a live feed additional to what I get through IRESS, please?

Some people need the extra bells and whistles available with other charting/trading packages.

I use iress , paper , ruler , crayons ......seems to work fine for this basic bogan.....

I rely on the dart board, followed by the alingment of the stars, followed by the tea leaves in the second cup of the day, followed by the position of the cat turds in the kitty litter box. Of course if that doesn't work I do some research on the stocks I am following.

I day trade referring to IRESS, but do not rely nor depend on IRESS or any other 'wiz bang' charting system. If you are unable to determine from a simple and uncomplicated chart the movement of stock and the sentiment of the loosers we rely upon to make money, then you do not understand the the market. For every transaction in the market there is a winner and a looser. Forget investing in complicated charting programmes and focus on the simple charts which will give you the same information if you know what to look for. You firstly need to establish your own 'mind set' and clearly establish your trading plan. Do not complicate a very simple porcedure.

The stock market was designed for people to loose money. The only people who make money on the stock market are those who have lost (not all)and learnt the hard way, continued educate themselves everyday and become smarter.

You must remember the market is just a bunch of people all hoping to make money. They do not give 'jack ****' about being a part owner of the company, nor does the company.

You should concentrate your efforts on why and when people buy and sell. This understanding of the markets will enhance your chances of success but will give no guarantees.

IRESS is a LIVE trading platform .nothing whiz bang about it......... cant daytrade without LIVE data .............. But hey ....never let the facts get in the way of a good story...........

Thanks for your words of wisdom, to think all these years I was under the impression is was a joint where listed company stock was exchanged.
