The Comp is much like a horse race. As we are yet to come up to the first turn the middle is anywhere not being on a horse from the communication nor IT sector which are overly subject to centrifugal forces atm no matter their placing.

An Oiler with a clear view will win this comp.

I have just awoken from my well earned slumbers having rescued a US dollar denominated oil and gas trading account from perdition. Time for some coffee and Vegemite on toast, the traders feast. It seems obvious we are in for a crash.

And it always is in retrospect, Anyways my stash is safe on the waves of finance in cash $USD ... or is it?

I had forgotten that you Southern chaps had fiddled with your clocks and we are now over an hour in to trade and CVN sits still on its pile of oil and gas refusing to move either way. It is hardly worthwhile changing the hour hand on my Briar Bubble, as if anything happens it will be quick and brutal and beyond the ken of even the brightest Tesla charging Sydney private schoolboy. Even @Sean K and @frugal.rock are ahead of me, so this month may not be mine.

I may have to rescue my dung flung dart for the November Comp.

Sorry mate.
Its always difficult to determine whether to go ealy to get a stock before someone else nabs it and have the risk of it going up a good chunk before the start of the comp versus leaving it to the last minute and having some punk like me come in before you.
Been on both ends.
Sometimes, ya gotta get in early @peter2.

End of the 1st Week in the October Monthly Competition. XSO is down -2.74% already and ASF Team Average is down -4.74%. Come on ASF Team, we can do better than that ........ sorry @Telamelo.

1st: @mullokintyre 3DA 25.58% had a fantastic week, only early in the month but it's better at the Top than down the Bottom . Nice Tip Mick !

2nd: @Craton PVE 19.05% had a good week flying home in the end to grab 2nd spot . Picked PVE 9 months straight now, it had to have a great month sooner or later .

3rd: @basilio WIN 16.46% also had a pretty solid week and is well position just behind the top 2 .

Good luck everyone for next week and don't forget to enjoy your weekend Folks.
