Nominations for a "Useful General Chat threads" thread

A well known ASF member contacted me today asking if I would make a particularly useful thread in the General Chat forum a sticky thread so it would always be easy to find and refer to for all ASF members and visitors.

This got me thinking that there must be many more very useful threads in the General Chat forum and it might be a good idea to create a specific thread and then list as many of them as I can. This thread, of course, would be updated regularly as more useful threads are found and/or created.

So if there is a thread in the General Chat forum that you have found particularly useful then feel free to nominate it in this thread.

If this experiment proves a success then I will probably create similar threads for the other forums on ASF over the coming months.
