Hi Joe

Has anybody here ever seen a competition that starts on a closing price of the previous night before the start?

I have not!

Any daily regatta starts at dawn and finishes at the close of day
Any weekly regatta starts at dawn on a Monday and finishes on the Close on Friday
Any monthly regatta starts at dawn on the FIRST Trading Day on the Month and finishes at the CLOSE on the last day of the Month

What is so difficult about this?

Please explain ?

I can understand that in the early 1960's only the closing prices were published in newspapers but by 1968 when I first Started Charting newspapers started publishing High Low and Close

Naturally one would go for the Close as a real point to start a competion in those days but THAT WAS THEN

I can't remember when the OPEN was first reported in newspapers but it changed Technical Charting on its head

Japanese Candlesticks were well received and the " Technical" took charge and the OPEN became all Omnipotent

What is your problem with Starting any Competition on the OPEN at DAWN?

I have checked that my entry is eligible, and can rest in confidence this weekend knowing that the starting share price is $0.012, as that is the closing price today.

Do you come LAST?

Do think you would get 0.012 on the Open on Monday?

I take it for granted the words "entry to" don't really need to be placed between "for" and "the".
But for those who struggle with english, perhaps it does? ?

But can you sell them at the end of the month when they are out of bounds?
Can you sell them at the end of the month if they are in a Trading halt or God forgive
