Could not help but notice that although the band members were all coloured, every member of the audience were white.
A group of Irish Musos played FairyTale of New York at Shane MacGowans funeral.Another Christmas comes along, and once again I will be playing my Pogues Christmas Anthem.
This year will be different, as sadly I just read that Shane McGowan the lead singer of the Pogues died overnight at the tender age of 65.
Actually, given that he was a hard drinker, a heavy smoker, and probably a few other things, I am surprised he lasted this long.
