Ah, see someone choose my pick, SSN.

Good to see it going well. Might be coming 1st after today if it keeps holding strong.

Good luck.

Hi Joe,
My pick was CCU not CCV - is it too late to rectify this ? It is evident in my post by the silver comment, Cobar Consolidated Resources. (just so it's clear I'm not changing stocks). Hope this is OK.

cheers.

Apologies for the error.

I have updated your stock and entry price. All entries in the competition will be updated later this afternoon as usual.

Go SSN is what I say L_J!

SSN hit 0.16 last week but have fallen back to 0.13/0.135 today.

Will be interesting to see where the SP moves to by end of June (more interested in where it will be in 6 months!).

Best of luck if you are a holder!

Ouch! That was a KIK in the goolies.
from Hero to Zero in a matter of minutes :(

Results so far this month really quite amazing... Only 10% of picks are in profit. Really says something about where the market is at. I almost picked a stock that had fallen sharply in May, and it would have paid off so far.

Yeah, it's fugly out there. BOD's keeping me off the mogadon - it's a little beauty, although only a measly 9% so far (he says, ducking for cover under desk).

Here's hoping for a 2nd comp win this year - won it in January with BOD.

Good luck, all: a 10% lead shouldn't be that hard to overcome, should it?

P.

54 picks and only 7 in profit. Is this a buying opportunity or time to cash out and stand back to see where the market is going?

Oscillators in oversold territory but when Trader Girl starts going long on the SPI could be the time. I have been wrong with some stock holdings for the last two weeks but the longer I am wrong the better things will get.

Bronze. Podium finish in what's been a very lean month for spekkies: I'll take that any day. Especially seeing as I don't actually hold any BOD heads - my bucket is full of BODOA oppies :D

Congrats to the quinella. Bring on July! Bring on the beer! Bring on the dancing-persons!

See youse next $-year.

P.

PS: sticking with BOD as my pick for July. DYOR.

Congratulations to both rcm617 and Agentm for taking out first and second place in the June stock tipping competition!

rcm617 finished what was a very challenging month with a solid 30.56% return with MAD, while Agentm ended the month in second spot with a 19.79% return with FAR. Nipping at his heels in third place was Purple XS2, whose entry BOD finished the month with a gain of 19.12%.

Can rcm617 and Agentm please contact me via PM regarding their prizes.

Best of luck to all for the July competition! :)

Thanks for that Joe and thanks to Stator for sponsoring the competition. It was a challenging month and I was lucky enough to poke my head through in the end.
Hopefully MAD can do it again for me next month, good luck all.
