I just want to know about buying into small cap stocks.

I placed an order of 10000 units of STB @ 29c

The share price has come down to 29c and there is volume there, but my order hasn't been complete? Can someone assist me in explain what happens from here... is my order to big?

There are currently 4 orders for STB at 29 cents. Yours must have been down the list.
