@Garpal Gumnut Wouldn't like to be suffering with too many of these ailments.I saw this on x.com just now. Unsure if it is true or not but worth considering.

If it was 1990 you wouldn't be.@Garpal Gumnut Wouldn't like to be suffering with too many of these ailments.
Better or more diagnosis?A lot of these are due to better diagnosis e.g. Lupus.
Some of these are pretty suss. Diabetes in Australia has doubled. I suppose you would expect the USA to be worse.
And as it is now should we be booking a condolence serviceIf it was 1990 you wouldn't be.

Just choose your health adviser carefully and avoid Northern NSW and you should be ok.And as it is now should we be booking a condolence service
Fortunately that area is the full width of the country away, though we have a particularly nasty bug/visus jumping around here that I can attest to.Just choose your health adviser carefully and avoid Northern NSW and you should be ok.

Can you prove that visuses jump?Fortunately that area is the full width of the country away, though we have a particularly nasty bug/visus jumping around here that I can attest to.

One of my brother in laws found he had a leaky valve about 5 years ago when he was 61, due to my sister forcing him to do a medical.i got home this afternoon after a 1day stint at St John's in Subiaco,
I had a procedure done to discover what the damage to the heart valve is.
The only down side to being in hospital was that I couldn't get a prove room so had a double.
Nice bloke in the next bed but pretty deaf, consequently TV was blaring, phone calls were yelling and so on.
Booked in again for Wed next week and going under the knife on Thursday, with approximately 7-8 day stay, with about an 8 week recuperation and strengthening time frame.
Not looking forward to all of this, but the other option is not so great, with the possibility of the heart expending to the point of giving up and going kar-put.
The beauty of being a private patient is I saw the specialist one day and was booked in for the next day and the first stage has been carried out.
@Knobby22 Glad to see that your Bro-in-law is travelling well. One of my brother in laws found he had a leaky valve about 5 years ago when he was 61, due to my sister forcing him to do a medical.
He is in perfect health now. Goes cycling with his mates etc. So it's a good operation.
