It's exhausting trading into the early hours knowing there's no immediate gain, but it has to be done. Very easy to lose focus or slacken off.
Both mistakes involved violating one of my trading rules. Also, when the top was in recently, I picked it (sort of, not exactly). I didn't read back through the previous day's notes. In a way it's good because the rules were correct, the execution was lacking.
