Oder vielleicht ist er so voller heißer Brötchen, dass er ganz rund geworden ist, umgefallen ist und jetzt nicht mehr aufstehen kann. Er klebte wie eine Schildkröte auf dem Rücken. Ich hoffe wirklich nicht.

Go into any shop selling tourist souvenirs, especially in Vienna, and you'll find an assortment of hats, stickers, fridge magnets, T-shirts and so on all with this on them:
It's one of those things that just is.
As for Austria itself, it's the only place I've ridden a Segway on the road in traffic.
Also the only place I've been abruptly hurled backwards down a grassy hill off a Segway.
I'm not sure whether Austria has snakes or bears, but it was about here that thought occurred:
