You are so lucky - at least you can get to application. I could not get to application - it shows me error message " Failed to start application, please check your network connection"
The helpdesk responds so slow and told me to open port 80 and 443 - I did but I still get the same error message.....

well it's day 3 of the pro trader problem & I'm still no better off.. I have lost off my settings and now I'm not getting any live feeds... arhhhhh
Why do they not just role back the app and get people up and running... This is a really bad experience.... I'm very unhappy...

I'm onto my 2nd week of problems anyone else still got problems.
I have never see pro trader 1 not sure about installing it.. I might ask.. but very unhappy

great news... mine is freezing up when a big move happens and my depth summary is not working.. arhhhh I think it's time to ask for a refund..
Thats a bugger mate, I didn't realise how much I was in love with P2 until I lost my streaming ann's/depth etc
