CHC - Charter Hall Group

Took a bite of CHC with a long term view - as always.
500 shares @ 9.90
My highly scientific reasons for buying:
The chart has got interesting. That high volume bar for this week does not include today's trading.
Might seem a bit expensive on fy23 metrics but if it returns to anything like past profitability it's cheap.
I have it on high authority that offìcial rates are close to peaking.

Ok must have missed it about FY25 guidance.
From Market Matters afternoon report:
  • Charter Hall (CHC) +15.8% had a huge day after delivering very strong guidance for FY25 for both earnings and distributions.

The report was good, but nothing special, pretty much exactly as I expected, the market must have just been over estimating doom and gloom, so a good report met with a wonderful reaction.

Yes, the REITs are moving nicely, selection of the right ones is the key.

I’m also holding CHC, which is growing very nicely and added a nice dividend recently.

My trading is based on the 18.6 year property cycle which I find very useful —>

The property share market economics with REITs tends to outperform in the later stages of this Stockmarket cycle.
