Clime Capital expects to declare a March quarter fully franked dividend of no less than 1.32¢ a share, representing a 3 per cent increase.

Clime’s gross portfolio return for the half year ended December 31 was 17.6 per cent, compared to the benchmark’s return of 9.7 per cent.

The company reported a half-year pre-tax profit was $15.8 million.

but my target price of close to 80 cents doesn't look so likely now

CLIME CAPITAL LIMITED (ASX: CAM) JUNE QUARTER DIVIDEND DECLARED –

1.35 CENTS FULLY FRANKED

The Board is pleased to advise shareholders that it has declared a fully franked dividend of 1.35 cents for the June quarter.

The record date for determining entitlements to the June quarter dividend is 5 July 2024, and the payment date is 26 July.

The last four (fully franked) dividends were:
June 2023 1.34 cents
September 2023 1.35 cents
December 2023 1.35 cents
March 2024 1.35 cents

Prior to the June quarter dividend, the company has $39.3 million in profit reserves and a franking account balance of $1.5 million.

• Unaudited Profit after tax of approximately $4.3 million

The Board is pleased to advise that it intends to declare a September Quarter dividend of no less than 1.35 cents per share fully franked.
The Board expects to release both the audited result and the declaration of the September quarter dividend in late August.

December Quarter Dividend Guidance of 1.35 cents fully franked ( the same as announced 3 months back )

The Board of Clime Capital Limited (ASX: CAM) is pleased to advise shareholders that it expects to declare a December Quarter dividend of no less than 1.35 cents per share fully franked at its AGM on 22 November 2024.

As reported in the company’s 2024 annual report, CAM retained profit reserves of $37.4 million as at 30 June 2024, representing 26 cents per CAM share.
The franking credit balance at 31 October 2024 was $1.1 million and CAM expects to maintain a positive franking credit balance following this dividend payment.

This announcement has been approved by the CAM Board of Directors for release to the ASX.
