agree, great to see BB back on. should be an interesting season. had no idea gretel had left. does anyone know why she is no longer there, i can't find out why. happy viewing.

And I thought last years offering was poor......

This years BB is terrible. Not only are the participants rubbish, Kyle and Jackie-O are the worst hosts ever, perhaps worldwide! I would have thought Channel 10 learnt that lesson with Kyle on Australian Idol. Do they think Kyle is the next Rove or something..... :vomit:

Cheers

Probally get more entertainment looking at a log you left after a good night out.

Come on spooly, mouth out of the gutter mate..... :D

Perhaps give a reason why you're not keen on BB08 this year, rather than refer it to your droppings!!!!!!

Cheers

Corey? Yes, put that moron in ... that will help ratings, for about 15 seconds.

This show is utter trash, they're getting so desperate to keep viewer attention this year, & it's just pathetic. Guy with an odd voice? A *little person (was going to say midget, let's face it; I watched those games last night ... the hosts were obviously bringing attention to it), one giant bed (what the hell; boundaries, anyone?), food served on a conveyor belt, a guy being forced to sleep in a van? A racist grandmother?! Drunken moron of a party-boy?

Kyle & Jackie-O, ugh. Do not even get me started. They are the most bland (thought that word warranted each of the font options!) people I have ever seen. A judgemental moron, & an enabler (who occasionally steps in), of which only seem to have 2 unique facial expressions, & hair styles ... look like a couple of bloody CGI animations. Phonies, the pair of 'em ... gosh, never thought I'd use that word!

Howard was right, get this trash off the air. Society seriously needs help if this kind of spectacle is deemed as entertainment.

Apologies if I sound incoherent (or rather, if I read ... ), but I just woke up, & am quite emotional on the topic matter!

I pretty much agree with Nyden. I've looked at it briefly on a couple of occasions out of a sort of morbid fascination. It seems that the producers have had the aim of finding the most peculiar people possible in the hope of propping up their ailing ratings for this pathetic waste of money.

I didn't know the dreaded Corey is going to be involved. How that young idiot has been rewarded for his crappy behavior!

I agree Spooley74 a log would have more personality than the whole house put together and the hosts ,how stiff are they at least Gretel could ad lib:aufreg::crap:the show has ran out of ideas and should have been canned ages ago

I don't watch reality tv because it doesn't come close to resembling anything like my own reality, which I don't need to watch on tv because I am too busy really living it.

wabbit :D

Bunch of absolute dills...:banghead: you got the ditzy blond who cant put a sentence together...supposedly going to uni!!! to learn what? hair extensions..gee if she is the type uni's are putting out this country is in serious trouble...:2twocents...bb nothing but mindless dribble...tb

I've seen the final profits wrung out of real life businesses which are clearly doomed in the long term more than once.

It's always the same - patch or prop it up (by whatever means) as long as possible to keep sales, production, viewers etc up.

Then at some point the means of patching, proping etc becomes less effective. You've run out of sensible things to do and at that point have a decision to make. Pull the pin now and go out near the top, or keep going and turn to the ridiculous to wring out the final profits at the expense of pride and image.

Gimmicks, promotion and nonsense ramped to the absolute max and the end result is still a small drop in ratings. I think it's pretty clear what's going on here.

A future in this program? Entertainment perhaps? I DON'T THINK SO!

Your joking right?

U honestly watch bb?

Nick--

Reece55, Kyle was asked that exact question on 2dayfm...whether he intends to compete against Rove....Kyle plainly denied any interest in one day hosting a talk show of his own

I think Kyle has much more brains than to waste his "precious time" on Big Brother...

There must be some ulterior motive...

saw it for the first time last night and I am truly embarrassed! I can't believe us fellow Aussies actually like this s@#%.... watching ordinary people act like $%#%^ do we not have anything better to put on?

BB would have to be the worst scum sucking parasite of rating-hungry TV networks. I cannot believe we let this utter rubbish rot any values we have left in our society. :2twocents
