It's no secret that her and Rudd don't like each other, and her camp are hoping that if Rudd does lose the 2007 campaign, she'll be next in line. I think Labor would do a lot better with Lindsay Tanner as shadow deputy to Rudd than Gillard.
As for Macklin, is it just me or does she appear to have knocked back a couple of valiums before she enters Parliament??
As for all this talk of new blood, wonder if the leftie Garret will get elevated to a shadow ministry? Can't stand him either and only good Oils LP's were the Blue album right up to 10-to-1
